Shirin Swanson serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NUCO Logistics, bringing over two decades of expertise in the logistics industry. In her role, she oversees the Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Sustainability departments. Shirin is responsible for developing new strategic markets, maintaining high service quality and accuracy in all shipment transactions, incorporating the latest technology platforms into the service portfolio, and ensuring compliance with global sustainability standards according to EcoVadis’ ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) criteria.

 

Additionally, Shirin contributes to NUCO’s long-term planning, including initiatives for operational excellence, management, planning, systems, and controls. She holds a BA in Mathematics and an MBA.
