Diana Cabrera is a seasoned professional in the logistics industry, with more than two decades of experience in various sectors. She began her journey at American Airlines cargo section, where she gained valuable insights into the aviation sector. She then transitioned to the Maritime industry and worked her way up to Freight Forwarding. She joined MSC shipping line as a senior manager before moving to NUCO Logistics in 2018. As the Training and Process Improvement Supervisor at NUCO Logistics, Diana is responsible for training and mentoring new hires, developing, and implementing SOPs for new clients, and ensuring smooth and satisfactory onboarding of new clients according to their needs and goals.
