Cheryl Tobar is a Trade Compliance Officer at NUCO Logistics. She is an LCB (License Customs Broker) and a CCS (Certified Customs Specialist), and has over 16 years of experience in Customs Trade Compliance. Prior to joining NUCO, as a Warehouse Manager she managed a warehouse and coordinated three Foreign Trade Zone shipyard facilities for Commercial and Government Contract Projects, with more than 42 employees under her supervision. She also increased the subzones of the shipyard facilities with the Foreign Trade Zone Board, Port Authority & Customs, and developed a Part Cargo Consolidation System to reduce the freight costs of overseas procurement.
